Membership Policy

Membership Overview
- Membership provides benefits such as:
- Higher reward limits
- Promotion or earning boosts
- Priority customer support
- Memberships purchased through offline payment require proof upload and admin approval before benefits are activated.
Verification & Start Date
- Membership benefits start only after payment proof is verified and approved.
- Pending or unverified payments do not grant membership access.
- Membership duration is counted from the admin approval date, not the payment date.
Renewal & Expiry
- Memberships do not auto-renew.
- Users must renew manually through the app if they wish to continue.
- All benefits end immediately upon expiry unless renewed.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Once a membership is successfully activated, it is non-refundable.
- If activation fails due to an internal system issue, we will:
- Activate the membership, or
- Issue a refund after verification
- Refund processing, if applicable, may take up to 7 working days.
Fraud & Misuse
- Fake or altered payment proofs are strictly prohibited.
- Misuse of membership benefits may result in:
- Membership cancellation
- Loss of benefits
- Temporary or permanent account suspension
