Membership Policy

Membership Overview

  1. Membership provides benefits such as:
  2. Higher reward limits
  3. Promotion or earning boosts
  4. Priority customer support
  5. Memberships purchased through offline payment require proof upload and admin approval before benefits are activated.

Verification & Start Date

  1. Membership benefits start only after payment proof is verified and approved.
  2. Pending or unverified payments do not grant membership access.
  3. Membership duration is counted from the admin approval date, not the payment date.

Renewal & Expiry

  1. Memberships do not auto-renew.
  2. Users must renew manually through the app if they wish to continue.
  3. All benefits end immediately upon expiry unless renewed.

Refunds & Cancellations

  1. Once a membership is successfully activated, it is non-refundable.
  2. If activation fails due to an internal system issue, we will:
  3. Activate the membership, or
  4. Issue a refund after verification
  5. Refund processing, if applicable, may take up to 7 working days.

Fraud & Misuse

  1. Fake or altered payment proofs are strictly prohibited.
  2. Misuse of membership benefits may result in:
  3. Membership cancellation
  4. Loss of benefits
  5. Temporary or permanent account suspension
