At AdPay: Earn Money Get Rewards (“we”, “us”, or “our”), we respect the privacy of our users (“you”, “your”) and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how we protect it, in compliance with Google Play Developer PoliciesData Safety form requirements, applicable data protection laws, and Child Safety Standards.

AdPay is primarily an earning and rewards application where users can earn virtual coins by playing games, watching videos, spinning, completing tasks, participating in offers, and inviting friends. We do not offer real-money gambling or betting.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the application.

1. Information We Collect

The Application collects certain information when you download and use it. This may include:

  1. Account Information: name, email address, user profile avatar, and IP address used at the time of login or access.
  2. Device & Usage Data: app version, device ID, device model, OS version, push token, IP address, network information, gameplay activity, screens visited, time spent, reward activity and ad interactions.
  3. Payment Proof (for offline/manual payouts): screenshots or receipts uploaded by the user as proof of payment or eligibility for certain rewards.
  4. Note: We do not collect or process payments inside the app. All payments, if any, are completed externally by the user. The app only receives proof of payment for manual verification purposes.
  5. Content: user-generated content such as posts, images, or promotional material you upload within the app (if such features are enabled).
  6. Advertising ID (AAID): used for ad personalization, frequency capping, basic analytics and fraud detection.
  7. Diagnostics: crash logs, performance data, error reports to help us fix bugs and improve stability.

The Application does not gather precise (GPS-level) information about the location of your mobile device. Only approximate location may be inferred from network information for ads and analytics.

We do not collect sensitive financial credentials (bank login, card PIN, UPI PIN), biometric identifiers, or government ID numbers.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We collect and use your information for the following purposes:

  1. Enable user login and authentication (Google / OTP-based login).
  2. Manage your in-app account, profile, and reward balances.
  3. Track coins earned from games, tasks, videos, spins, offers and referrals.
  4. Verify accounts, prevent fraud and secure access to earning features.
  5. Confirm the validity of offline/manual payment proofs for rewards where applicable.
  6. Monitor app performance, fix crashes and improve user experience.
  7. Display relevant ads and measure their performance.
  8. Prevent misuse, cheating, automation, or abuse of app features.

Note: We do not process payments inside the app. We do not ask for or handle real money within the application. All withdrawals or payments are performed externally by the user, and we may receive uploaded proof (such as screenshots or receipts) only for verification purposes.

3. Permissions Used

The app may request the following permissions solely to provide core services:

  1. Camera / Storage: to allow users to upload profile images or payment proof screenshots and related content.
  2. Notifications: to inform users about rewards, new tasks, game updates, payout notifications, or important changes.
  3. Internet Access: required to connect to servers, load offers, track rewards, and show ads.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, authentication and infrastructure:

  1. Google AdMob & Ad Manager (including AdX)
  2. Meta / Facebook Audience Network
  3. Firebase by Google (Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics)
  4. Google Analytics for Firebase
  5. Unity Ads
  6. AppLovin
  7. InMobi
  8. Vungle / Liftoff

Each third-party provider operates under its own privacy policy and terms. We integrate these services as required for ads, analytics, and app functionality, in accordance with Google Play policies.

5. Links to Third-Party & Offerwall Services

Our app may include links to third-party websites, Offerwall providers, or partner services that present tasks, surveys, app installs or promotional offers. These services are operated independently and governed by their own privacy policies, which are outside our control.

When you interact with a third-party task or Offerwall, any information you provide directly to that third party is governed by their privacy policy, not this Privacy Policy.

To confirm task completion and deliver rewards, we may share limited data such as your user ID, device identifier, country/region (non-precise), or task identifier with Offerwall partners. This data is shared strictly for tracking, verification, anti-fraud, and reward allocation purposes.

We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policies of any Offerwall, partner website, or third-party service before using it. Any information you share directly with a third party is not covered by this Privacy Policy.

6. Advertising ID Usage

AdPay may use the Android Advertising ID (AAID) for ad personalization, analytics, fraud detection and frequency capping. We do not sell or rent your Advertising ID to unrelated third parties. It is used only for serving and measuring ads in compliance with Google Play policies.

You can reset or limit ad personalization through your device settings (Google settings → Ads).

7. Rewards and Payouts

In AdPay, users can earn virtual coins by:

  1. Playing games and completing levels or challenges
  2. Watching rewarded videos or completing ad-based tasks
  3. Using spins, daily check-ins, or other in-app activities
  4. Completing Offerwall tasks (if enabled)
  5. Inviting friends via referral programs

Coins may be redeemed for external rewards (for example, UPI, Paytm or bank transfer), which are processed outside the app using verified payout methods.

  1. There are no in-app purchases.
  2. The app will never directly request payments from users inside the app interface.
  3. The app does not provide any form of real-money gambling or betting.

8. Copyright and Content Safety (UGC)

We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users. Our policy on user-generated content (UGC) is as follows:

  1. Users must upload only original content where uploads are allowed (e.g., profile photos or promotional media).
  2. Uploading copyrighted, harmful, misleading, illegal, or offensive material is strictly prohibited.
  3. Where available, a “Report” option may allow users to flag inappropriate or infringing content.
  4. Our team may review reported content and remove violating material or suspend repeat offenders.

9. Device and Network Abuse Policy

We comply with Google Play’s Device and Network Abuse Policy and actively work to prevent malicious or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to:

  1. Spamming: sending unsolicited, repetitive, or misleading content.
  2. Fraudulent behavior: using bots, emulators, scripts, fake devices or multiple fake accounts to gain unfair rewards or manipulate offers.
  3. Unauthorized access: attempts to gain unauthorized access to user accounts, servers or networks.
  4. Malicious software: distribution of malware, exploits or harmful code.

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that engage in such activities in order to protect users and the integrity of our platform.

10. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties. Data is shared only with:

  1. Service providers and SDK partners listed in this Policy for ads, analytics, login, and infrastructure.
  2. Offerwall or task partners, for limited tracking and reward confirmation, as described above.

We may share non-precise location and device-level signals with advertising and Offerwall partners to improve relevance and prevent abuse. We do not share more data than is necessary to operate and improve our services.

If required by law, regulation, or government request, we may disclose certain information to comply with legal obligations or to protect our rights and users.

11. Age Restrictions / Children

  1. This app is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
  2. We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from anyone under 18.
  3. If we discover that information has been collected from a user under 18, we will delete the data and may close the account.

12. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to:

  1. Provide and maintain our services
  2. Protect legitimate business interests
  3. Resolve disputes
  4. Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations

Payment proofs and transaction logs may be retained for approximately 3–6 months, depending on local laws and accounting requirements, after which they may be deleted or anonymized.

13. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption, secure servers, and access controls, to protect your data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to:

  1. Access the personal data we hold about you
  2. Request correction or update of your information
  3. Request deletion of your personal data and account
  4. Request export of your data in a structured format (where applicable)
  5. Withdraw consent where our processing is based on consent

We will permanently delete your data from our servers within approximately 7 business days. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered. Certain limited information may be kept temporarily for fraud prevention, security or legal compliance.
