Refund & Verification Policy

This Refund & Verification Policy explains how payments, verification, refunds, and disputes are handled in Sooper Pro – Watch Video & Earn.

1. Overview

All payments in Sooper Pro are processed manually (offline).

Users complete payments outside the app using methods such as UPI, bank transfer, or other supported payment options, and then upload payment proof (for example: screenshot, UPI receipt, or transaction reference).

Payments are not processed directly inside the application.

All uploaded proofs are reviewed and verified by our team before any Diamonds, Coins, or Membership benefits are credited.

2. Verification Process & Timeline

  1. Uploaded payment proof is reviewed manually.
  2. Verification is usually completed within 24–48 business hours.
  3. If additional information is required, we may contact the user via:
  4. Registered email address
  5. In-app notification or message

Incomplete, unclear, or invalid proof may delay verification.

3. Approval & Credit of Benefits

  1. Diamonds, Coins, or Membership benefits are credited only after successful verification.
  2. The membership start date begins when the admin marks the payment as approved.
  3. Until verification is complete, no benefits are guaranteed.

4. Refund Policy – Diamonds

  1. If a user purchases Diamonds and has not used them, the user is eligible for a full refund.
  2. A refund request can be made at any time, provided the Diamonds remain unused.
  3. Refund processing may take up to 7 working days after approval.
  4. Once Diamonds are used (partially or fully), they are no longer eligible for a full refund.

5. Refund Policy – Subscriptions / Memberships

  1. If a user purchases a subscription or membership:
  2. A full refund is available if the refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.
  3. If the refund request is made after 7 days, a partial refund may be issued based on the number of days the subscription was used.
  4. Refund amounts are calculated proportionally according to usage duration.
  5. Refund processing may take up to 7 working days after approval.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  1. Coin redemptions for gift cards, vouchers, or external rewards are final once processed.
  2. Such redemptions cannot be canceled, reversed, or exchanged.
  3. Rewards earned through misuse, fraud, or policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

7. Invalid or Rejected Proofs

  1. If submitted payment proof is invalid, incorrect, or unclear, the transaction may be rejected.
  2. Rejected proofs may be re-submitted with correct and clear evidence.
  3. Credits are issued only after successful verification.

8. Disputed or Missing Credits

If you have uploaded valid proof but did not receive credits within 72 hours, please contact us at:

support@adpay.website

Include the following details:

  1. Transaction reference (if available)
  2. Payment method and date/time
  3. Uploaded proof (screenshot or receipt)
  4. Your username or registered email address

9. User Responsibility

  1. Users are responsible for transferring funds to the correct payment account.
  2. Sooper Pro is not liable for payments sent to incorrect accounts due to user error.
  3. Users must ensure proof submissions are accurate and genuine.

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Verification Policy at any time.

Any changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
