Sooper Pro – Watch Video & Earn

By accessing or using Sooper Pro – Watch Video & Earn (“Sooper Pro”, “the App”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

1. Eligibility

Sooper Pro is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.
By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Users under 18 are not permitted to create an account or use the services.

2. Nature of the Application

Sooper Pro is a rewards-based earning application.
Users earn virtual coins by completing legitimate in-app activities such as:
Watching videos
Completing tasks or offers
Participating in in-app activities
Referring other users
Sooper Pro does not provide gambling, betting, or games of chance involving real money.

3. Virtual Coins & Rewards

All earnings in the app are provided as virtual coins.
Coin value is fixed and transparent:
50 Coins = ₹1
500 Coins = ₹10
Coins have no cash value by themselves and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the app except through approved redemption methods.
Rewards are subject to verification and validation before approval.

4. Referral Program

Users may earn referral rewards by inviting others to join Sooper Pro.
A successful referral may earn ₹10 worth of coins (500 Coins).
Referral rewards are granted only when all referral conditions are met.
Any misuse, fake referrals, or manipulation may result in reward cancellation or account suspension.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

Use bots, emulators, scripts, or automated methods
Create multiple or fake accounts
Submit false, misleading, or manipulated proof
Attempt to exploit bugs, rewards, or offers
Engage in abusive, illegal, or fraudulent behavior

Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent account suspension without notice.

6. Proof Submission

For certain tasks or rewards, users may be required to submit images or videos as proof of completion.
Submitted proof must be genuine, original, and unedited.
Proof is reviewed only for verification and fraud prevention purposes.
Submission of false or reused proof may lead to reward rejection or account termination.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Sooper Pro reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms
Withhold rewards obtained through fraudulent or unfair means
Take action without prior notice to protect platform integrity

Decisions regarding suspensions or terminations are final.

8. Payments & Transactions

Sooper Pro does not process payments inside the app.
Users are never asked to pay money to earn rewards.
Reward withdrawals, if available, are processed through external payout methods.
Sooper Pro is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party payout services.

9. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, logos, text, and software are the property of Mukesh LPM and Sooper Pro.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or misuse any part of the app without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sooper Pro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific earnings.
We are not responsible for:
Loss of rewards due to policy violations
Technical issues beyond our control
Third-party service failures

11. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
The latest version will always be available through our official channels.
